Easy 30-Day Return Policy

You may cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it—no questions asked.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Perishable items or items past expiry

• Opened items not suitable for hygiene reasons

• Items mixed with others after delivery

Refund Process:

• Email us at spshopkart@gmail.com to request a return

• Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the return

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility

• Please use a trackable and insured courier

• Send returns to: Delhi (Ext-4, Nangloi, Delhi – 110041)

Gifts:

• If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit

• If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original buyer
